Gratitude

Gratitude… it’s something I have spent the last decade practicing. I even designed a journal around it.

 Gratitude Is the highest vibrational frequency in the universe. But you can’t just write it down. You have to mean it and you have to feel it. I want you to get to a point that you are so grateful you could cry. Maybe you do cry. When your body has a reaction as strong as tears, you know it’s real. So cry, cry and smile as big as you can for all the amazing things you have to be grateful for. Don’t just think them don’t just write them down, actually feel them. Feel them so hard you want to write them all down as fast as you can so you never forget them. Feel them so much that it’s all you can think about When you get to a point of gratitude like this, everything feels ok. Life feels amazing no matter what happens, Get to a point that it’s all you can think about. Not the news, not the stock market, not the new car, not the debt, not the stress.

You don’t take anything with you when you leave this world but I can only imagine that when the time comes,  leaving is a lot more peaceful when you are and have been in a state of complete gratitude for as long as you can remember.
